Multi-zone heating and multi-zone temperature control ensure excellent temperature uniformity across the working zone; superior vacuum performance and low pressure-rise rates result in high-quality workpiece surfaces; tungsten–molybdenum alloy materials can be used, enabling temperatures up to 2,200°C; pressurization systems ranging from 300 kg to 300,000 kg (300 tonnes) are available; equipped with a visual inspection camera.

| Purpose:

  • High-temperature pressure sintering of high-temperature ceramic materials (such as boron oxide and high-purity alumina) and electro-optical materials (such as zirconia and lanthanum hexazirconate), among others.
  • In the aerospace field, it is predominantly used for pressure diffusion bonding of rare and precious metals.
